Shipping and Delivery
Your order is shipped after payment is received. When paying with a check or money order please allow 3 business days for payment to clear.
Orders are shipped by USPS. If you require UPS, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Shipments via UPS cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Although we strive to ship products on the same business day, please allow up to 2 business days for your item(s) to leave our warehouse.
Shipments to the continental United States is free. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have an additional fee. Shipments to Canada has an additional fee, the recipient of the package will also be responsible for Canadian GST/HST fees when the carrier attempts delivery. Shipping fees and GST/HST fees are nonrefundable.
Even with quality assurance and order photo capture, mistakes can happen along the way. Please inspect the contents when your order arrives and inspect the items and quantity. If any items are missing or damaged, contact Acaiberry.com via email ([email protected]) or phone (800-787-3319). We are available M-F 10AM – 5PM EST excluding holidays and natural disasters.

Returns and Refunds

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. As an example, if you receive your package on April 20, 2023 you will need to have your return scanned by the carrier by April 27, 2023.
Unless the product received is incorrect or damaged a return cannot be made if the original manufacturer’s packaging is disturbed.
Returns for an incorrect item(s) received are paid for by Acaiberry.com.
Returns for no longer needed are to be paid for by the buyer. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed. – We strongly suggest using shipping insurance as lost or damaged by carrier packages cannot be refunded.
To receive your refund, an inspection of the returned item(s) must be completed. Items must be received in the same condition as it was shipped from Acaiberry.com.
Please allow up to 5 business days after the package has been returned to Acaiberry.com before a refund is initiated. From that time, based on your financial institution, your funds should be deposited within 2-3 business days. Funds can only be returned to the payment method used at checkout. It is simply not possible to refund to any other form of payment.
